We check your coverage
We check your benefits before anything is ordered and tell you what we expect it to cost you. A benefits check is our best estimate, not a final decision — Medicare and Medicaid decide coverage when the claim is processed.
We work with your doctor
Most equipment needs a written order. We contact the office and follow up so you do not have to.
Delivery
Supplies ship to your address. In Colorado, we deliver in person, set the equipment up and show you how to use it safely.
Resupply and service
We check in before supplies run out, and we handle repairs and warranty work on what we provide.
Paying for it
We bill insurance directly where we can. If something is not covered, we tell you the price before you commit to anything.

We cannot bill Medicare Advantage plans, commercial insurance or employer health plans. If your card says Medicare Advantage, or it is from an employer or an insurance company, we are not able to bill it. You can still buy from us directly and we will give you an itemized receipt to submit yourself.
We are enrolled with Health First Colorado only, and are not enrolled with any other state’s Medicaid programme.

For a patient in another state, call us and we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do before anything is promised.
