We get back to you
If you faxed or emailed, we call you back during our business hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am–6:00 pm MT. If you called, we start right there on the phone.
We confirm what we can send
We check what we are able to supply where you live before anything is promised.
We check your coverage
We verify your benefits and tell you what you will owe.
We contact your doctor
If a written order is needed, we request it and follow up.
