This website does not collect patient information
This site is informational. It has no patient account, no online ordering and no form that asks about your health, your condition or your insurance. To start an order, you call us or fax us a form — both of which are handled outside this website.
What the site does collect
Our web host records standard technical information when a page is requested, such as the IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This is used to operate and secure the site. We do not use it to identify you.
We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not sell or share information about visitors.
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google to fetch them and Google sees your IP address. We send Google nothing else, and we do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or tracking of any kind.
If you email aplusmedicalsupply303@gmail.com, we receive what you send. Ordinary email is not a secure channel. Please keep email to your name, your phone number and the best time to reach you, and let us take medical and insurance details on the phone.
Health information
Health information you give us by phone, by fax or in person is protected under HIPAA and is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this page. This page covers the website only.

Where we link to another organization, such as Medicare, that site has its own privacy policy and we are not responsible for it.
